So once again I find I am unable to sleep. Hey nothing new there 😦

So instead of sitting watching late night television and reading I thought I would make a start on the first of a set of postings that I have been thinking about doing for sometime now.  The “Managing The Madness” series.

In this series I hope to take a very real, very hard, and sometimes painfully h0nest look at the things that can impact, aggravate or even exasperate our Mental Health issues.  In fact not only to look at them but to also suggest ways in which we can address them with a view to trying to limit or reduce their effect on our Mental Health.
